Vital energy runs through all of life connecting our bodies with our minds and souls. It links us with other people, animals, nature, and with the highest spiritual source.

This subtle yet powerful force cannot be seen, and yet its effects rule every moment of our being. When our vital energy flows freely and according to our Natural State of Being, we feel connected, creative, joyful and fulfilled. When our vital energy is sluggish or unawakened, life seems dull or difficult, and work is a chore. If our energy is running out of control, life is a roller-coaster making us feel stressed, and we seem to exist in a world of arguments and irritability.

Our vital energy can be effected in many ways on a mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual level, or in any combination of these levels. On a physical level, the body absorbs and retains chemicals and unresolved emotions in the cells, muscles, bones, and organs. On a mental, emotional and spiritual level, our vital energy can be effected by suppressed or forgotten memories, emotions, and trauma. 

Many of us struggle with blocked energy caused by childhood traumas or negative experiences which show up as fear, anger, resentment, etc. The energy of the unhealed emotional wound and trauma can also become trapped within the body and its energy field, causing tension, stress, or even pain and disease. If the energy is not cleared, people might either shut down emotionally or become abusers themselves.

Once we recognise the relevance of vital energy and start working with it, everything can change. Our lives can take on fresh meaning and purpose. When our own vital energy is moving smoothly, we can enjoy radiant good health, abundant vitality, and a sense of ease in our bodies. Our relationships become honest, exciting, and supportive. Our homes become places of serenity and joy. We start to feel a link of kinship with the whole of creation and the elements of nature. Best of all, we no longer feel alone in a large, often frightening universe. We become linked to spirit, connected to the source of all energy.

Remote healing allows me to send healing energy wherever it is needed, and it is not necessary for you to be physically present. I will do an audio recording of your Cosmic Energy Healing session and convey to you every detail I perceive and pass on all the messages I receive. It will enable you to dive deep in your experience when listening to the audio recording afterwards which you will be able to do so and work with any time and as often as you wish. 

You do not have to lie down during the distance healing, as healing energy is transmitted directly to the soul level and into your subtle energy field. However, listening to the audio recording after the session can be an important part of your emotional healing process, although the impact of healing energy is independent of any conscious experience, since energy healing takes place on a subtle level.

It may take up to a couple of weeks for you to perceive a noticeable effect or change on the physical level. A so-called initial worsening of the symptoms over a couple of days after the healing session is possible, too. The worsening of the initial complaints is an expression of the activation of the healing process (initial worsening). Mental and physical complaints are often an indication that your soul is out of balance.

The Spirit World can only ever support a healing process, if the respective learning experience associated with the process has been identified by you. The Spirit World will never interfere with a soul's free will. We always receive that which serves our growth and is of use to us right now. Please understand that I cannot say in advance what will happen as part of the Cosmic Energy Healing session and what healing effects it will have. What I can say, however, is that your self-healing processes are always supported.
