There is great potential in every child on this earth. Your child's potential is completely unique and finds expression through specific talents, interests, preferences, and calling. It is your child, and your child only, with just this setting. Nature has created this in your child so that your child can live it out and create something unique. 

Unfortunately, this is not always as easy as it sounds, because instead of being taught how to recognise and live out our potential as children, we are encouraged from an early age to suppress our uniqueness and adapt. This creates people who no longer know how to recognise and use their potential!

Gifted children especially cope with trying to fit into some sort of scheme, value system or educational system which leads them to disconnect from their true, divine Self. In the end they fail to believe in themselves and start developing very strong negative emotions of fear, pressure, and powerlessness. This can actually happen quite unnoticed as - knowing from my own childhood experiences - it can be a very subtle interior process difficult to perceive from the outside. 

I have noticed that gifted children especially struggle with Self-Esteem Issues, Guilt, Perfectionism, Control Issues, Unrealistic Expectations, Impatience, Friendship Issues, Attention and Organization Issues, Burnout, Depression and even Suicidal Issues.

We develop these issues if there is a part in us that is suffering from unmet needs and does not feel understood or seen. This can lead children to disconnect and no longer be able to recognise or satisfy their true inner needs which is making them powerless. 

What happens to a child that isn’t connected with its power?
This child will not be able to reach their Full Potential and live their Life’s Purpose!
