A Personal Channeling, Soul Reading, Cosmic Energy Healing, and Coaching can show you new perspectives and possibilities in life and support you in your personal and spiritual development. 

Both channelings and coaching do not substitute for medical advice, medication or a personal visit with a physician, alternative practitioner, psychotherapist or other health expert. In the case of physical illnesses, an organic cause should always be clarified beforehand. Serious psychological problems require psychotherapeutic treatment.


I. Payments for Coachings

We have agreed upon a fee per meeting (50 mins).

Please pay this fee prior to your appointment. Your booking is only then considered complete after receipt of payment.

After the payment has been received you will receive an email with the Zoom link to your appointment.

You can make your payment either via bank transfer or using PayPal.

II. Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation 

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Cancellations / Late Cancellations / No-Shows 

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointed time will receive a 100% refund. In case the payment has been processed by PayPal you will receive a 100% refund minus the PayPal transaction fee (currently a variable transaction fee of 2.49% of the total amount and a fixed fee of €0.35 applies).


A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

Late Cancellations made within 24 hours to 12 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. In case the payment has been processed by PayPal you will receive a 50% refund minus the PayPal transaction fee (currently a variable transaction fee of 2.49% of the total amount and a fixed fee of €0.35 applies).

Late Cancellations made within 12 hours or less will not receive a refund.


A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling.
A client who does not show up will not receive a refund.

How to Reschedule Your Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment on your own by clicking 'Change/Cancel Appointment' in the initial confirmation email you receive after booking. This brings you back to your confirmation page. 

  • Click Reschedule.
  • Choose a new date and time.
  • Click Reschedule.
  • You will advance to a confirmation page and receive an email with the details of your updated appointment.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

You can cancel your appointment on your own by clicking 'Change/Cancel Appointment' in the initial confirmation email you receive after booking. This brings you back to your confirmation page. 

  • Click Cancel.
  • Click Yes, cancel appointment.
  • You will advance to a scheduling page with a message confirming the cancellation and receive a cancellation email to confirm.
